For new clients, please fill out the Pre-Screening Evaluation form first and wait for Kim's approval before booking.
Pre-Screening: New clients are required to complete the Pre-Screening Evaluation Form.
Evaluation: Your form will be reviewed to determine if you’re a suitable candidate for our services.
Approval: Once approved, secure your booking online by selecting a date and time from our availability calendar.
Payment: Complete your reservation with a deposit or full payment.
How It Works:
deposit
A non-refundable deposit of $150 is required to secure your appointment. (For new permanent makeup client's the deposit is $250)
Reschedules & cancellation
You may reschedule at least 1 month prior to your appointment. A fee of $150 will be applied for no-shows & last minute cancellations or reschedules.
late arrivals
Please contact me if you will be up to 15 minutes late. More than 15 minutes late will be considered a no-show.
no guests
No guests and no children policy at the studio. Additional guests will not be accommodated at your appointment.
no refunds
Refunds will not be provided for any booking fees or services rendered.
Consultation
Consults are done the day of. We will decide together on the shape and colors that will be best for you.
If you would like to schedule a consult before you decide to book there will be a separate consultation fee.
